FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to fill out a service request form for each of my watches?

When filling out the service request form, there are additional spaces for multiple watch requests.

Can I get an estimate without sending my watch?

Over the phone we can give you a rough estimate of the repair costs. A full detailed estimate will be provided when we receive the watch.

How long will the repair take?

The duration of the repair varies upon the service requested. A battery replacement shouldn’t take longer than a few days and a full automatic chronograph service could take 3-4 weeks. Our email with the estimate will provide you with an estimated time of completion.

How are you different from other watch repair centers?

What separates us from the competition is customer satisfaction. Our customers love us! Please visit our Yelp page and read some of the reviews.

Can I drop off the watch in person?

Yes, we gladly accept walk-in customers! If it’s a repair that can be done quickly you can wait. If it’s going to take a few days, we will write you a ticket and call you when it’s ready.

Are your watchmakers certified?

Our in-house watchmaker Sarkis Semerdjian has trained at the American Watchmakers and Clockmakers Institute. He received his certificate for the 21’st century watchmaking standard, as well as the Modern Mechanical Chronograph.

What if my watch stops working after the repair?

As long as you do our recommended services, all of our repairs come with a 1-year guarantee! We will send you a pre-paid shipping label, so you can ship us your watch back, if it is indeed something that is covered under warranty then we will fix it free of charge.

What would void my warranty?

This is tough to answer because all cases are different; but for the most part impact damage, using a non-waterproof watch in water, or leaving the crown open and going underwater are some examples of what would void your warranty.

How will my watch be shipped back?

When filling out our service request form you can choose from one of the options on the bottom of the page.
